The Marlins

I’m curious what you guys think of the Marlins offseason signings. Obviously, they will be last in the east, but they at least have signed some guys that are pro ball players that might help them from losing 100
Is the mindset that they can flip these guys at the deadline or they just don’t want to be the orioles and the tigers? Any thoughts?
I like it. At least there is some semblance of baseball in Miami. Or am I overplaying their signings?

It would be in the best interest of the Marlins to tank for that #1 draft pick. Nobody is going to show up to their games anyway, so winning games next year will hinder them rather than help them.

When Jeter and company were watching "Major League" in their first offseason meeting and taking notes on how to run a major league ball club, I think they forgot the fact that the team was already playing in Miami.
