If he has 125 con vs RHP, over 100 everything else, and diamond (or high gold) defense ... yes

I have a hard time believing he will be better than my Jim Thome/Frank Thomas platoon, so no.

People forget that he will probably have 3B secondary, and gold defense there.

Most likely. He’ll have better defense than Ruth and Gehrig and a very smooth swing. If hitting stats are similar to Ruth and Gehrig, then he should be getting the start.
