The point I’m making is this forum is the exact reason politics are forbidden. All it does it divides people. I’m not saying that the OP doesn’t have the right to be upset it was a pretty tone deaf situation that he’s describing. However not knowing the other side of the story means we get one side. Maybe the OPs opponent was getting sick and tired of this countries cancel culture that we see on a daily basis and decided to make a silly remark. Who knows, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s political in nature and thus forbidden in the TOS that we all agree to before we are allowed to post in these forums. That’s all I’m saying. I’m not condoning anything just pointing out facts.
There is no need to hear another side, there is literally no situation where that name and logo is acceptable. That is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. A fight happens, yes you have to hear both sides. Someone does something clearly racist, no need to hear their side. Also you constantly come in these posts talking about "its against the TOS" yet the posts have been up for days so clearly SDS is ok with it. On top of that this post started out as someone asking a legitimate question on how to do something which is exactly what forums are for.
You guys can sit here and attempt to define what is considered political and what isn’t. What has happened in this nation since that particular incident happened is the epitome of politicization. The fact that our media keeps stoking these racial flames Makes it political. Politics doesn’t have to be presidential or governmental. Politics is domestic as well. I’m not going to be bated into choosing sides. This is a baseball video game forum not a [censored] fest for what people think is moral or not. I come to these forums to discuss baseball and the video game. Not your morals. That’s my point. That will be my final post on this subject. Not looking for anybody to comment either. If you do t like what I have to say than move the [censored] on. I really don’t give a s h i t what your point of view is as you have the right to not give a s h i t what I have to say. If someone came on here debating about racism or politics I could understand being annoyed but the guy literally asked a legitimate question about how to report someone who's name and logo happenned to be racist. tho annoying and I am completely in agreement with you, im not sure how good SDS is on finding people that are reported. I think mostly in part bc reporting is. used for ppl that get mad and want to be spiteful. I. know of ppl messaging me and saying prestige sweat and reported for doing nothing but hitting home runs without replays or bunt dance.

But to say politics is not allowed when said company has placed a statement front and center for months on its site supporting a political organization that has admitted over and over to be Marxist and Marx was a pretty political guy is quite frankly dumbfounding

Actually people are divided or divisive by nature. Politics is merely the attempt in theory to work through these things. Marxists, fascists and totalitiarians work through politics at the end of a bayonet. Those that prize liberty allow freedom of thought and speech to those they disagree with no matter how distasteful and defeat it by voting...also political. I prefer the later seems better. Sadly this country is becoming more comfortable with loud groups pushing with the bayonet. History, shows that eventually the other side will push back.

I actually think he is banned. I got an email back fromSDS yesterday Morning asking for any more info so I sent a screenshot of the box score showing the last name ( Breathe LMAO).... his history shows he plays multiple games a day and nothing since Sunday night, so I’m sure he is out for awhile....

When people say black lives matter, they aren't referring to the organization, they are referring to the idea. Yes all lives matter, that's not the issue here. When someone says help cure cancer, do you yell "but all diseases matter!!!". No of course not, saying black lives matter is not saying other lives dont, its acknowledging that right now, Black lives dont matter to alot of people and that needs to change.

In most cases, you’re right. Just not here. Making light of the murder of a human, however high-profile, is universally wrong and that conclusion is wholly apolitical.
