Need help here......Yelich 3 x HR mission

I'm one moment away from Lou Gehrig......1 lousy mission. Conquest Extreme was rather easy (a grind for sure, but I knocked it out in about 10 hours), Showdown Extreme was meh (I beat Pearson without too much trouble but Chapman owned me about 4 times).
Now moments, well, that was rage inducing. Took me 9 times to get the Dominate HR done, but finally did it. The other ones were done in 1 shot without issues. I did Gehrig after about 1 hour and I got lucky....VERY lucky. Only 2 hits were clean (1 HR and 1 double in the gap). The 1st was a lucky hit down the line that bounced off the 1st base bag to get a double and the 4th was a grounder to short just out of reach that rolled to the wall.......
But Yelich......HELP!
I've tried sitting on a pitch, I've power swung, normal swung, been patient, worked the count, swung on every pitch to get lucky.....you get the idea. I can't stand it anymore, and there is no way my OCD nor my ego will let me just stop 1 mission shy of finishing.
I've gotten 2 HR many times, but that 3rd one......hard when the pitcher beans you.
So, to those that did it successfully, how did you manage it? Luck? Or is there a specific approach I need?

You mentioned it in your post, but you really just have to wait for the mistake pitch and not miss your chance. They’ll usually give you at least 1 per at bat.

I tried it for about an hour and just seemed to get two hrs almost every game. I switched to directional, pointed up, and hit x. Got it on my 3rd attempt

I just normal swung but dont give up, got lucky in the 8th inning for my third but dont give up. For example had a 19 pitch at bat with lou in the 8th and thought I was resetting, and got up in the ninth and clutched it. theres no tips just keep going, but the cards guy throws low a lot

Put your pci high and outside and track the ball . I hit all three on low and in pitches, did the same for gehrig and completed. But I used this method after struggling

Get lucky like me and have the game go 18 innings...lol

I hang my head in shame.
4 hours of trying.
Still no Gehrig.
I'm just gonna have to accept that ego or no, OCD or no, I cannot complete this POS mission and will stand 5 points away from completion.

Take a break. Sleep. You’ll get it with a fresh set of eyes. Most of all be patient and try to go after pitches waist high or above.

Sorry man. I got 7 AB in my first try with Gehrig. Was one XBH away in the 8th and failed. Came back up in the 9th and hit my 4th HR lol. Now if only I could get the Strikeout 10 win and DONT GIVE UP A FREAKING HR! But I am in no hurry. Got all the rewards already only missing Gehrig and dont need him.

I’m struggling with it too. I did conquest beat showdown 1st try but I suck at the moments. Took about 2 hours to do the Gehrig now stuck on Yelich. Tired about 10 times so far haven’t had 2 hrs in a game yet
