How much better is SS Wagner vs other one?

I’m not asking if he’s 7-800k better, I’m just curious if the change up makes a huge difference? Do his other pitches move or work better too?

I think the more important thing is outlier, the change up is nice though. Def a way better card imo.

I have both....struggled at first with the 99, but that was basically the All Star event. On HOF, he has been dominant.

I like how his SS card both this year and last year feature a change up even though Wagner never actually featured a change up irl. In fact when he was interviewed back just before he retired when he was member of the Braves, he was asked why he didn’t throw a change up and his response was that he didn’t want to have to maintain a fourth pitch when he had a curve and slider to use as offspeed pitches. What’s even funnier is that he admitted in the same interview that he actually threw a 2 seam fastball but wouldn’t tell his catcher that he had one because he didn’t want the confusion of the signs during stressful situations he would throw it on the normal fastball sign just get a little extra movement. Just some interesting little known facts about him.
