No more road games for me.

Hate to say it,but I'm going to have to hold out for home games only. There is only so many times one can play at shippet. Are people that bad at hitting they need a special stadium for the hitting challenged? It just gets boring after awhile. I know it's mainly children that pick it,but mix it up a little.

I had to play at Guaranteed Rate Field the other day. Pure misery.

I like Oak Street Park alot. Thats usually my go to for home fields. Sometimes ill mix it up and use Chase Field with the roof open. That plays ok for an MLB stadium.

I don't know if it's possible or not but it would be nice if SDS could fix the lag in the pitcher and batting order selection screen that allows people to know if they're the home or road team. I didn't realize this was a thing until a few weeks ago and it most certainly is. It's accurate 100% of the time since I've become aware of it and paying attention. I'm not one to complain about where I have to play if I'm the road team, although I will agree with this post and admit that I don't like playing at Shippet. But, Shippet is in the game along with many other stadiums and people are allowed to play wherever they choose. Some people load their lineup with mashers and want to play at Shippet to take advantage of the strength of their team, I get it. There is nothing wrong with choosing a ballpark that plays to the strength of your team in my opinion. The problem is being able to tell if you're the home or away team before the game starts, allowing all the Shippet stadium players to exit out until they get to play at home. Then the non Shippet players exit out if they're the road team just to avoid playing at Shippet, making it nearly impossible at times to play as the home team. If they could just fix being able to tell before the game starts I think that would solve a lot of this.

It's been that way for years.

I don’t even care about playing at Shippet. I do it because I have a much higher chance of playing a laggy game playing as the away team. It’s almost always a clean game at home.
