Cobb or Walker??

My issue with walker is he is a little slow for those deep drives that are ran down by Mantle and Ellsbury and would be with Cobb. Put cobb in LF Harper in RF and if you have Mantle CF and put Ruth at 1st.

What other options do you currently have in the OF? Who's your 1b? Because Ruth plays well at 1st. You mention MVP Trout. Do you have MVP Trout? I think Harper, Cobb, Trout may be your OF in some permutation or another, if you have Trout and can move Babe to 1b.
I don't have Mantle or Trout. I just unlocked Ruth last night and haven't used him yet. My OF right now is Ruth LF/Lofton CF/HarperRF and Thomas/Thames at 1B. Cobb will replace Lofton in CF. Do i sell Thomas and buy Walker for OF?

Couple things, it depends if you need the stubs for Walker - if you want him...sell Thomas. Also, you can always use Thomas as a platoon at 1B with Ruth if you run into a lefty.
Do you play well with The Big Hurt? There are plenty of 1B options in this game, more than OF.
I have pretty much all the OF cards and having Mantle & MVP Trout, Walker is perfect in RF as is and won't be leaving my lineup anytime soon.
Also, besides Mantle, Teddy Ballgame and Trout - there is no better hitter in the game. If you plan to prestige Walker, the only better hitter is Prestige Mantle.

I have the stats the prestige Walker, I just haven’t locked him yet. Going to give Cobb a spin before decoding. I know Griffey will drop soon too

Frank is a lefty killer so would be a good bench bat if you moved babe to 1st. Honestly if you are semi close to Mantle you could have gotten him when all the prices dropped over the weekend.
I have had mantle for maybe 2 to 3 weeks and he is great at defense and he is a great hitter.

In your case, I'd hold onto Thomas and keep him as a platoon with Ruth. Platoons are valuable to have, imo. Walker is very nice, but if you don't need him and he's a luxury then you have your answer. Cobb will be just fine out there.

I have MVP Ricky in LR and Walker in RF. Walker is so good all around and honestly plays above his stats against lefties, too. Since I have Ricky, I likely won’t take Cobb and will probably choose Pudge, but you won’t go wrong with Walker in your OF!

So I got Cobb and he went 5/5 1HR 2 2B 3RBI first game....WOW what a sweet swing!
