When is the best time to sell 97 Chapman? Please help...

before the end of the event. Alot of people probably bought him to use in the event and then will sell him off to get the stubs back

Plus there are ducks packs available and more likely coming.
Outside of the Prime cards, WS and BR rewards, and maybe these Topps cards everything get's more plentiful and easier to aquire over time with pack releases, giveaways, and sales.
