Hedge the risk. Dont buy 100 of one player but 10 copies of 10 players. No better time to buy silvers and they're good margins. You will come out ahead even if some go to FA and roster upgrades have more players go up than down. Very little risk.

Yeah 10 is enough to complete a single team probably. 10 isn't a bad risk at all.

I bought a lot of silvers last night and noticed today its jumped by roughly 100 stubs. Dont see any news about stage 4, any reason why?

Just takes a few people doing it to temporarily boost the price. It will go back down unless they announce stage 4
