Catcher throw meter

I never get the catcher throw meter to throw out someone who is stealing. Is there something im missing i have button accuracy on.

I have the same issue, I just switched to button accuracy recently and never had the issue before when I just used buttons. Figure I must be doing something wrong...

To clarify, the meter shows up but wayyy too late. I have Weiters back there and was routinely throwing guys out before I switched to button accuracy

Only fix is to reinstall the game.
