I'm curious because as a new player Im hitting better with "strike(out) zone 3 with directional. PCI I'm not likeing simply because my eyes may go to the ball but my left thumb may go the oposite way throwing off "pci" and giving a bad hit when knowing darn well it shouldve been hit and I'm seeing there are people are still using directional and get bagged on for it. Why not have 2 different types of leagues one pci one directional. i'm older and my eyes are getting bad (laugh but if youre fortunate to live to be old you will see the same deficiancies in your body). If I still had the same eye hand and my mind was willing to learn new ways of thinking id get used to pci but as an older player its too much and as an older player i do not nor have the time to invest in hours/days/months of training for a video game that wont pay bills even if i do "get it" eventually. laugh now- be fortunate to get old and you will see.

If you're referring to zone hitting, pretty much since forever because it gives you way more control over your input. It takes a long time to master it, but it's by far the best way to go.

ive thrown 2 controllers thru 2 different tvs, im new to this game and i hate to lose especially when i know im getting cheated by the computer. i dont think my noob azz is ready for them games yet.- thanks for the thought though!

Um no, I am well over 35 and I transitioned to zone over the last few years. It takes time. Start on conquest on rookie so you don't have to practice. Then once you can get 5 to 7 runs a game move to veteran.
It takes time. 2 yrs ago veteran gave me fits. Last year I could beat All Star but it was 2-1 usually. Now I pound All Star and beat all of the Babe Ruth HOF games.
It takes time, have fun. Enjoy the game. AND STOP THROWING CONTROLLERS!!!!
It's a video game. Get mad, that's ok. Besides controllers are not cheap. -

It's a video game. Get mad, that's ok. Besides controllers are not cheap.Yeah, so much RNG in directional. Its fine for moments when you have endless attempts to do something, but in the long run it will hurt more than help. I am 42 and made the transition back on 17
