Runner speed on rundowns?

Anyone get someone in a rundown the past few days and have it seem different? It literally looks like the base runner has turbo boosters. Usually it’s such an easy out. Yesterday the guy had Prestige Ellsbury w/99 speed so I figured that was it. Today it was a runner with 47 speed and I absolutely couldn’t catch him and then he beat the throw. He should have been run down with ease like normal for the final out...but then a 3 run wall scraper for the game winner. Awesome

If anyone knows the turbo button for baserunning please share.
