Haven't had the 'gusto' to play.

Ive played maybe 30-45 mins total aince the 7th Inn program dropped and am only at 20 Stars.
That's all Daily missions though; so I still have all the online stats; Conquest, Cruz, SS Collection, and Showdown to complete.
Hoping to get all that by Wed of next week.
That being said is it worth it to keep Maddux and Musial and lock them in for 75 Stars? Or should I just sell them, or at least Musial, since by the time I get to 300 Stars; the 7th Inn guys will be down to 150K or lower.

Oops. I was thinking of something different. I meant that 1st is locked up between Ruth and Ortiz. Whoever doesnt start; is on the bench.
I could put Musial on the bench to play at first with those guys; but thats alot of stubs for a pinch hitter.

As a fellow Sox fan, I didn't want to move Papi off 1B...until I got Musial and saw for myself. The fan boy in me had to take a back seat. Musial is my starting 1B for the rest of the season (better fielding, better hitter overall). Maybe Ruth gets in there in place of him too when I get there.
Papi is nice bench bat to have for me anyway. Guess it depends on how well you hit w/Stan. With the exception of Mantle, Stan is the best hitter in the game imo. Walker is up there too.

I would say no
If you are not going to push 300 before Thursday then locking in the bosses wont be worth it. Locking in mean you like want to hit 300 fast and sell the boss card of you plan to keep the boss your pick no reason to lock in past bosses

Don't like Johnson's windup. Frank just adds to the 'Musial/Ortiz/Ruth' problem. And Harper would be in a crowded outfield.

Keep talking, it's getting worse. Trout hits much better against RHP, not everyone benefits from opposite handed pitching. If you don't understand how reverse splits work, that's cool. But no need to call names because you don't understand the basics of baseball.

that's why you usually pick a lefty who hits righties and a righty who hits lefties. It's pretty simple. Big hurt and David Ortiz would be a perfect platoon 1st base. Very rarely would you ever see two of the same handed hitters. I can't explain the basics of baseball to you. Your father should have done that.
