Struggling at the plate something fierce right now

Anyone have any tips when u are in a slump?
I can't seem to time anything up right and my P.C.I. is always just a touch off. -
I’ve gone through two slumps this year. Taking a break worked and two or three days in a row I’d take batting practice for a bit then shut off the game. After doing that a few days I played BR and my swing was back. Good luck

change camera angles, pci appearances etc, if that doesn't work turn off your ps4 for a while

Practice mode (at least for me), i couldn't hit anything in these Ruth moments, went and worked on why i was so far behind and it's working.

Hear me out, I am speaking from personal experience. The more you play and struggle the more frustration builds.
You begin to press and try to hit an HR on every swing. When you press, you lose plate discipline and swing at everything.
When you struggle, you will play longer than usual, convincing yourself "that I will end the slump this game". Sadly, your slump will not end in that next game.
Fatigue is also an issue, the more you slump the more you try to concentrate. Believe it or not, your eyes get tired from this.Take a couple of hours off, do anything other than play the show..
I found it best to play first thing in the morning. You are rested and stress free.
All it takes is one or two good hits to get your mojo back to snap the slump.Hope this helps
