SS Andruw Jones Excessive Price Drop...

He was pushing almost 300K yesterday so I tried to invest in him and flip him. Well, his price dropped so fast today that I went ahead and cut my losses to the tune of almost 50K.
Why the sudden drop..? Thanks for any insight.

He is an event reward, it was inevitable that his price would drop the longer the event has been out.

To build on what Eatyum said, not only is he an event reward, he is a reward in an event that never ends. No time limit means anyone who wants him can get him with a little time and patience. Demand will be relatively low long term.

i would say just lookout his stats.
He is a a lot worse in most stats compared to Griffey Jr. who goes for 45k to 55k
To me, he is a bench bat at most, as his vision and speed are two major negatives, compared to a lot of OF's out now
