Best budget/free guys with speed 65 or lower

Thanks! I'm in a league and looking for guys to have a little better team. My current lineup is C Posey, 1B Edwin, 2B Dietrich, SS Correa, 3B Breakout Eddie, RF LS Mookie. I forgot who was in center and left. I think I need a better outfield though!

I like Kaline. And he's still got sweet defense for an outfielder with speed under 65.

His swing isn't bad, not the best but his hitting attributes are through the roof and he has a rocket of an arm

Kaline, Buhner and Evans in the outfield(I think Evans has under 65 but not sure)

Here's a full list for you where I applied a filer of < 65 speed.
Keep in mind that there's a bunch of 99 players involved in this list that are not available to us; those are the cards from the actual players themselves who play MLBTS and got a 99 version of themselves.

That helps thanks! I got Michael Young, Kiké, Ozuna, and Murphy. Kiké wasn’t good so I may need another outfielder
