Where is the Stem on this conquest map?

Have you seen a pepper before? It has a “stem” at the top where it was connected to the plant. Look at the top of the GD picture and you find it.

Its like the top 3 rows to the right on your first stronghold. You can take it without fighting.

Thank you. This map looks very abstract to me. I thought that is where it was, but seemed odd that I didn’t have to fight for it, so I started to go down the center.
