How to get a good crisp gameplay?

I’m going to make a comeback to this game and I was wondering how to get the most frames out of this game? I was watching a guy name Healy6 on YouTube and his gameplay was as smooth as freshly shaved pair of balls. When i play ranked it seems to lag even in minor league stadiums. If it matters, I play on a Samsung tv I bought last year.

I'd love this answer too, because i maybe get 1 in 6 games that play like an offline game, the rest are lag fests

Consider getting a monitor. TV’s, generally speaking have issues with input lag and shadowing on higher difficulty levels when pitch speeds are dramatically increased.
