This mode is broken beyond repair. Doing a run with Mariners....and in the minors are Haniger(78), Murphy(76), Fraley(72) and their replacements are lewis which I get ...but honestly guy name Hudson(66)who is fourth on depth chart, marmolejos(63) who is the third first base on team, .....how is it manageable to win ...and how do you option down Haniger and murphy....mode is just so broken.....

Probably the loosest use of the word broken on this forum this year, that’s quite an achievement!

If you just started then it's probably because Haniger and Murphy are hurt and Fraley had a variety of issues that I don't think he is on the active roster. They don't actually put the injury on them on the live roster but they get moved to AAA. They unfortunate part is yes M2O management is absolutely terrible, can't control callups and if you set your lineup the CPU will put it back to some garbage placement by the time you play your next game.
They made trades a bit better but still it's not good. Since you're doing the Mariners aim for the stars with trades, target 85 to 90ish overall guys and just put your lower overall A prospects up to be traded since you're not going to progress them enough in one season to use them anyways unless you intend to take this into Franchise for some reason.
