The clue has been in front of us the whole time. They have the 56 game hit streak adds all over the place in this years game and those have not been there in the past.
His stats would be unreal contact maxed out good power it makes all the sense in the world it's the only old school record players are still chasing

Remember when we were all positive that Paxton wouldn't be the POTM card because we didn't think they would have 2 Mariners in the same program? It would not surprise me at all if they have Mantle for the LS and DiMaggio for the Honus collection.

The back to back SS in April and May plus the love fest with the 2017 Astros cards as well makes everything in play really

Only a few thought that about the POTM. There were 2 brewers the month before. People just said that in hopes Carpenter would be the guy. Deep down we all knew it was going to be Paxton. Anyway this is different. These are the 2 most expensive items in the game we are talking about here

If it is DiMaggio then the Yankees are stacked this year. Mantle/DiMaggio/Jackson with a eventual Ruth/Gehrig = yikes.

Can we get that Cobb card already he was my lead off stick after I got him I hit so well with that card. Only card I have ever spent 100k on and was not disappointed

Yeah I scooped him up for a little over 100k last year and he was a beast. Great swing and his arm can be hidden in left pretty well with his speed. Easily my favorite card from last year
