I have switched modems 3 times in the last three weeks because I cannot stay connected to the server when I log on to DD for longer than 5 minutes. My previous one had a Puma 6 chipset, heard that was faulty. So I decided to replace it today, and for the past 5 hours, I have been trying to connect but no luck. Any thoughts on what I could do?
Already tried talking to SDS Support. -
