I just hit level 1 and it seems to be taking a really long time to level up. Am I experiencing an issue or does it just take forever to get through these levels? I’ve finished two showdowns and only leveled up once.

Its four times xp than the regular other paths. Going from 1-99 in prestige is like going bronze 1-diamond 99. Most people wont complete it.

It took me two weeks to go from 1 to 25, the game will be played until March, it's July. Everyone will get there, unless they decide to play something else.

You don't even have a universal profile for the show 20, so it appears you don't play the game. How exactly can you tell others the process?

most people don't play this game for an entire year and then rinse and repeat the next year. A lot of people stop playing once the real baseball season ends. If you could play this game all year and then do the same thing next year then more power to you. And don't worry about my universal profile. This isn't the account I play on. Mind your own business. If you don't like what I have to say then move on. and obviously you do nothing but play this game if you could get through the XP reward path that fast. Some people have careers and families and jobs. I'm assuming you have none of that.

The prestige xp doesn’t reset after diamond 99. It’s just a continuation. So prestige 1 needs 30k to advance one level and I’m at 15 and need just shy of 50k to move to 16

I put more time in the game than a lot of people, and I just now hit diamond. I'll probably hit prestige late August or early September. So that's like 5 months including 2 months of doing nothing but sit home and play the game.

Without exploting things like HR derby or what have you i can't fathom how anyone has prestige even close to finished without treating the game like a job.

Showdowns and collections. TA stage 2 you get 8000 XP just for beating the final boss, not counting the XP along the Showdown path. Showdowns are by far the quickest way to level up.

I guess. I cant beat showdowns so that probably doesn't help. Still, showdowns are awful, so again, treating it like a job.

When was the last time you played show down stage 1 or 2, Originally I had a hard time with those, now I can beat both of those 90 percent of the time, I started playing them about 2 weeks ago, I was able to get to 900 stars as well. I have a full time jobs and a family, With Covid and not able to go anywhere or really do anything, I have more time to play. Any thing i watch on TV is DVR.

I used to be ok with them, but they changed the bosses to veteran, i can't hit veteran pitching at all.

Dang man I just made it to 16. I got 5 BIAH packs at 15 and got 5 Golds go figure.

The only high diamond I’ve ever pulled from a BIAH pack is 1 Verlander, no one else! Out of the 100 plus BIAH packs just 1 high diamond. And pulled Bellinger from a standard pack! Go figure

I hadn't pulled any of the 7 high diamonds from any packs prior to the TA3 rewards. I have packed all of them aside from Cole now from the rewards. The majority coming from BiaH packs.

I had packed a total of 3 diamonds through 443 recorded packs. I have since packed 25 diamonds in 379 packs. 10 from TA packs, and 12 from BiaH packs.

Oh ok, is it the pitch speed being slower with timing.

It's because they pitch around the edges of the zone but they don't throw a lot of balls, so working the count and taking walks doesn't work. On all star typically pitches around the edges are usually balls and they tend to throw more down the middle or up in the zone.

I do not see that when I play now, In the final boss I usually wait for Two Strikes unless it is a meat ball, I get the pitcher Tired, I did the 6th inning show down again last night just to get another Headliner, I hit 5 HR vs SS Maddux. His pitches are easy to pick up and has FB is easy to time, I am a low ball hitter so I sit middle to bottom of the zone and use hitters I can crush the low pitchers. I hit two with Alvarez, Hit one with Olson, one with Bruce, not sure who hit the other ones.

how does it work with Prestige in terms of getting Springer, Thames and Ramirez and the other prestige level players that I keep hearing about? Can't see them in the XP reward path (mine stops at level 99 diamond with the 2 max player pack) and never got close to gold or diamond before this year (a world pandemic is good for some stuff...) let alone prestige, so the first time I've ever had to worry about it! thanks in advance

BIAH and Headliner are the 2 leading candidates for worse packs in a sports game. And yes, I know how statistics work. However, when you open so many over the years without any thing big dropping, it just seems like there’s something more in play than odds. I will also argue till the day I’m buried that there is some sort of algorithm that comes into play that nerfs packs after you complete the collection (Mays, Mantle). I complete early on and my odds are [censored] the rest of the year. There’s more at play than just stated odds in all these sports games. Is. Is. Is.

You can take the first one at Prestige Level 25. Then I believe it’s level 65 and then 99 for the last two. So it’s a lot of grinding between but there is a ton of other good rewards too.

You will see them once you finish Diamond level. leveling up in Prestige is 4 times the xp then it is in Diamond level. Showdown is the fastest way to level up if you can beat the final boss in stage 2. in all of stage 2 show down you can get over 9,000 xp. final boss is like 6,000 xp I think.
