6 Inning Showdown

I am having the worst time with this Showdown. I've gotten to Maddux twice and failed. Having a hard time beating Martinez to get to Maddux. My timing is all thrown off with their slow junk. They rarely throw fastballs which I hit the best. Plug away....

Lol, I am the exact opposite. I couldn't hit Rivera's stupid cutter even though I knew where it was going. Just put your pci low and smash those circle changes. Careful though, they drop like a rock. Also dudes confidence never moves despite smacking homeruns off him.

5th inning was the easiest in my opinion, I haven’t tried the 6th inning but Maddux is supposed to be easy to hit. He won’t throw hard, be ready for the slow curve and change but sit fastball

It's just tough to time up. They throw a lot that drops below the zone last second too. I'll try again today. I've done the conquest so it's this and i have to play the A's to get Treinenen. Then it's just grind out the odd missions.

I completed it first time but I was fortunate to have gotten to Maddox with 12 runs. It took me 12 outs to get the 4 runs I needed to win the Showdown. I definitely won’t replay that showdown it was far and away the toughest of any innings showdown.

Also, I’ve mentioned this before, if you can hit from the pitchers view you can see what type of pitch will be delivered before he makes the pitch.

Maddux actually tosses that fastball at me in the showdown along with a 95 mph cutter. I was hella surprised when I saw it.
