Legends/Flashbacks w/outlier

Feller’s card was so-so last year. Outlier should make this year’s version that much better.
This has had me pondering which legends and flashback will have the perk. I’m assuming Nolan Ryan will. Who else? Verlander? Billy Wagner? Walter Johnson? Others?

Ryan, Wagner, Kimbrel, Walter Johnson, Bob Gibson, and Gagne. It depends what type of card they give Verlander but I don't think he will if Wood didn't get it

I have my doubts about Gibson, Verlander, Kimbrel, and Gagne. If we’re honest, throwing over 100 with regularity was pretty nonexistent until recently. Walter Johnson probably only threw 97-98 as well, but rumors will make SDS give it to him I think.
Side note, there an excellent documentary about this called Fastball available to stream.

Gagne and Kimbrel have a 50% chance I think. I agree that Verlander and Gibson have a low chance
