POTM programs are a great place to start, Paxton and Bellinger are terrific, as are Correa and Didi, plus you get a whole bunch of other lower diamonds that can help fill out the squad.

Conquest is great to do because there are so many hidden packs/stub rewards in the maps.

    Players programs are decent

Check out team affinity, that has some of the best cards in the game + sooooo many packs.

Awesome thanks for the response. Any idea what I should do with my stubs? Have 18k right now and a 79 ovr team. Seams best option is to just buy players I want with them

Absolutely, just buy who you want to play with, packs are not a wise investment.

Yeah I'd just buy some high Silver cards, maybe a gold or two if it's a player you like, and grind Conquest and Monthly Awards Moments.

Like @eatyum said. Avoid packs. Go for team affinity. Check out showdown, because it’s a good way to get a bunch of team affinity progress.

For stub making, investments, and that mess, check out Ance Larmstrong on YouTube. It’s real easy to turn a little into a lot, especially this far into the game.

If you want diamond players right away i woukd suggest the conquest maps to start. There's lots of them to chose from now and they are fairly easy to learn. You get a bunch of good free packs in them. The most recent one has the first set of home run derby players (ie Cano/Giambi etc) which should be a great start to a team.

Not to mention they will give you stars to earn towards the inning programs (Walker/Rivera/Ortiz for this inning)

The TA teams are another great way to get free packs and players. Best of luck.

Btw if you can save your stubs until you have 50k or 100k it becomes a lot easier to just snag players you want from the market. You will relize quickly that stubs really add up fast once you get going.

Conquest and POTM is probably a good start for this time of the year. If you consider yourself a good player play BR to try and get some stubs

No question Conquests and POTM. Also hustle and try to get Walker for free from the inning drop. Save you're stubs and build you're CAP for SS, then you can buy good equipment for him. There are loads of great outfielders now and it's too late to earn Torre so I'd go Posey at 1st level up and you have a solid catcher (everyone has been going Kluber or Fingers but they're starting to get hit because of how often they get faced. Correa- 3rd, Cap-SS, Didi-2nd, Posey at C, Belli at 1st or any OF position with walker. That's a solid base right here. Best advice is don't chase bling right now... Go for a solid build, you can get that for little to no money spent right now.

Grab some dope pitchers from the Affinity path... Orel and Wood right away. And this months POTM pitcher is solid with a decent closer.

Best advice I can give is: Don't buy stubs, don't buy packs.
