Where do you absolutely need gold or better fielding?

Usually I try to have gold fielding at every position but sometimes you gotta sacrifice some fielding for better hitting so my question is where do you absolutely need gold or diamond fielding?
Pretty sure shortstop, second and center are a must for a lot of people and the corner infield and outfield are more up to debate but would love to hear your thoughts on this

3rd, short, and center

Catcher, shortstop, outfield. the only thing that can help you in the corner outfield with not having gold Fielding is a rocket for an arm like Sheffield or Guerrero.
