Catcher throwing meter

Is this still a problem for people? Because I get a delay anytime someone attends to steal before the meter pops up.

I've found that holding the button of the base you want to throw to down while the pitch is on its way and then pressing the button again to stop the meter in the perfect area, hopefully, is mostly consistent in not having that delay
