The big man himself was a staple in my bullpen in 17 and 18, but does anyone know why they didn’t give this card a cutter? Even if he stopped throwing it recently it would make sense to put it on his prime card considering he threw it during his LS diamond days.

Yeah I don't like that card anymore. The 2-seam doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Didn't he used to have a curve and slurve? Two FB's and a curve, all you gotta do is sit heat.

I think he had a knuckle curve in 18, but his dominant LS card in 17 was slurve, 4 seam, cutter.

Always loved his out of control slurve. But his BB/9 is 63 on this card. Isn't low BB/9 still an issue this year or is that only for starters?

I’ve heard BB/9 determines ball or strike on close pitches kind of like discipline on check swings. If that’s true then i’d imagine it affects all pitchers.
