How long does it take to get a created player to be respectable to play on RS?

Doesn’t take too long, I have a CAP SS at 85 overall and he rakes (of course he’s loaded with equipment). But if you want the best version (89 diamond) you need to grind pretty hard. I believe for SS it’s 150 hits and 150 innings

It’s 150 online innings or 150 hits in any mode. It’s definitely way easier to play around 20 games with the CAP in your lineup.

I have the 85 Catcher and he does pretty well, I only recently started playing online more and I should have the 89 in a few days. As others have said the more you have in the lineup online the faster you can do it. And get all the collections and moments out of the way right away and that will get you a couple upgrades.
