What’s it gonna take to get him y’all think?

Out of the gate? 200k or so. After a few conquest maps, events, etc.? Probably about 90-100k. In october? probably 50k

Im trying not to think about it because I think its going to be a lot lmao. I saw another post where people were projecting him to cost 500-800k assuming there were 12 players to collect.

The HRD collection will definitely be part of it but hopefully they release it like a player program with other ways to gain points towards it. Also still holding out hope for a 4th of July map. I'm guessing it will be like the players league Snell where you can gain a certain amount of points but can't finish it without the collection.

6 of the 12 players(assuming base and rare round) are going to be 5k. So thats 30k + whatever the other 6 cost. It won’t be that bad. They will give these packs out like candy

125 power and 85 contact vs both would absolutely make this card better than a signature series if you ask me. Depends on the fielding and speed on this one I guess though

I will not be going All out to get this Griffey if it cost a arm and a leg I’m out . his a 98 OVR so we know there’s gonna be another better version He won’t be better than Larry Walker and I already got Mantle .

So you want SDS to not release multiple versions of one of the most popular players in the history of the game. A card that before the game even release people are talking about when we will get him.
You have to look at the context of why he is being released here Griffey and the HRD go hand in hand so make sense for him to be a feature collection reward.
Griffey will always get 3-4 cards in game as long as is rights are in game
