What cards are worth buying now that should go up in rating once the season starts? Soto, Bryant, Kluber? Any others?

I find the best cards to buy are the super cheap cards. Players in the bronze-silver range. They start in the 50-500 stub range then when they take off they range to a few thousand unless they bump to a gold and then it goes up even further
