Any takeaways with the updated RS Stamina?

I had been playing around with whether it's best to start a guy and wait until close to full before starting again, or continually trying to squeeze bullpen innings in in my efforts to prestige King Felix.

Before it seemed like both were plausible, but this new update supposedly means a guy that throws 8 pitches won't recharge all the stamina lost in a game immediately and instead must sit out a game.

A much needed update but I'm curious how it's working in reality?

Use a starter to start a game and the bullpen for relief

Means just what you said. He will not regain energy and possibly lose more depending on how long you use him

Think bringing in a starter for an inning is not worth it anymore, but if your starter is getting banged up, bringing another starter in to relieve him is still worth it. I only use starters out of the pen if I need to pull my starter very early.... rather wear out an extra starter than my whole pen.
