Anyone have a problem when their bullpen is used up?

Had a pretty crazy marathon BR game last night. Went 8 innings and both of us used all our bullpen arms since they get tired after like 6 pitches. After I pinch hit for my pitcher I had one of my starters warming up in the pen. When the inning ended I tried to put him in but it wouldn’t let me and it made me pitch to 3 batters with my position player. I was then able to put in my starter as a reliever.

The next inning the same thing happened to my opponent and I actually loaded the bases vs his position player and ended up walking off vs his reliever.

Anyone else experience this? This is the first I’ve seen of it and it happened to happen right after the patch .
