RS record doesn't tell you if they are good or bad players, nor does XP level. What are you basing your assumption on? I'd say if they are beating you, they are most likely better than you.
My RS record sucks. I have a family and other responsibilities. Often times when I think I have time for a game, something comes up mid game and I have to quit. RS games are LONG, this happens to more folks than not.

I’m not the best player at this game by any means but I have reached WS a couple of times. I can promise you this guy was not better than me though. And I’m not really sure what your point is, pretty sure everyone has those same responsibilities. Guy had 22 wins and 57 losses, not sure how you attain that record if you are good.

It's a three inning game, the less innings, means less time for skill to come out on top. It's just the nature of that type of play.
Plus even if you are bad, it's really easy to hit in this event, which closes the skill gap.

Yup, I can hang in there with guys that have a WS banner, I am basically a 600 player, because its only 3 innings.

Just repeatedly throw sinkers below the zone and most people I’ve encountered just keep swinging and hitting ground balls to second
