There not dropping. The players in the tournament got their own version of their card 99 across the board. Only they themselves have the card

I am still holding out hope that some of these "Phantom 99's" in the Inventory could become Stage 4 Team Affinity awards in late summer. I would love to have a 99 Soto as a Nats fan.

Not happening, because SDS made it clear that the guys themselves will be the only ones to have their own respective 99 card.
