I haven't played a ton of RS until lately, and I'm well-aware that the stamina drain is pretty wack and lets you use starters out of the bullpen frequently.

But what exactly is the best way to rotate one guy around so he can eat innings? I got a dude to quit after only two innings of Felix, and he was just about good to go for the next game. But a couple games later I threw him in for 1 inning of relief work, and his stamina stayed at about 50% where it was before.
