Looks like im going to grind some Stage 1 Showdowns to complete some TA's tonight
-
Man, that garbage isn't veteran. There is some serious RNG there. I agree should be free or 250.

Perfect/perfect’s at people or the double play where you hit a rocket to 1st base and he doubles up your guy at 1st? Lol

No matter what we say about showdown there will be dudes that say, "it's so easy...git gud."

Won't matter, I still can't beat stage 2.
Stage 2 is only one I can defeat.
-
Did they change stage two as well?
-
Finally
Thanks

Just read on reddit that showdown has been updated
The OP noted they were doing the AL East and the 2nd mini boss is now set to being down 4-0 but you have 20 outs to work with. It use to be down 3-0 and 10 outs
Edit - updates
1st Mini boss is now 2-0 and 15 outs
Mini bosses are now Veteran. I am not online yet to confrim this but will do a showdown run tonight to test out
Edit 2 - Changes are 100% confrimed as I tried out the NL east showdown and completed it once with pretty good ease.
Biggest change to be is the boss switch to Veteran as you dont have to change up the timing between difficulties so if you get in a rythm it easier to maintain. Overall excited for this change to get back working on stage 1 TAs
Were there changes to all the stage 1 showdowns or just the NL Wast?

The changes were applied to all Stage 1 division showdowns

Well, I guess I might be able to do some stage 1 showdowns now instead of just trying to grind along through MTO to get into stage 2.

Yeah it's a good change plus the XP tou get from showdown is much better.

At this rate, they should just give out the tickets
This has to be based on trends. If new players aren't bothering then they won't be able to access stage 3. It's not about making it a cakewalk, it's about engaging a wider player base.

Praise be!

Does this include the 1st inning showdown?
-
Did this change any smaller missions or only the bosses. Playing through for the first time now and noticed the first AL West mini boss, Hendriks, was changed. (Thankfully)
-
Yesterday Sonny Gray beat me with a home run. One of those plays that the cpu hit everything foul.
-
Lowering it to Veteran will not fix my issues with Showdown. I have had just as much success with the bosses on AS as Veteran, maybe more.
