New pitching rotation idea

Here are my thoughts on this.
I was excited for the new random pitcher this year, but it seems like Corey Kluber is all you see.
So I was playing tonight and had an idea. This is purely my thoughts, you can comment either positive or negative, I'm open for thoughts.
In my opinion you are locked into a five man rotation, online only obviously, so,if you play your first game, your first man in your rotation is your starter and so on.
So if you play a guy that has played 4 games he must run his 4th starter, no exceptions or substitutes.
Now as you acquire more pitchers throughout, you can move them in and out but are still locked in to how they fall. You could be 100 games in and play a brand new player and he has the #1 versus your #5.
I think this balances the field and stops you from seeing the same pitcher over and over. -
They'd have to eliminate how pitchers fall in the rotation. If your rotation goes 88, 84, 86, 95, 76 on your Team Management screen, it's still going to put them in order from Highest to Lowest on the Pitcher Selection Screen. So if you're number 3 starter gets bumped down to number 4 cause you made a switch. You're now forced to pitch w/ a pitcher that doesn't have full stamina. They only correct way to do it IMO. Rotisserie style for online. Free Selection for off-line. And eliminate Starters out of the Pen.
