Why is Zac Grotz so expensive for a common

Last month doing the Mariners collection I saw Grotz, a 53 common player for 200 Stubs. So being the money saver I am I naturally left it to go back later. I went back today and he still has a buy now price of 294 and a 125 sell now.
I haven’t seen any other common player like this. Why so high for so long?
