Vida Blue is very underrated, IMO

I know his pitch-mix is lacking but both his four-seam fastball and the two-seam are great. His four-seam has a tendency to have some sneaky rise it would seem. You can even crank it up to 98-99 mph, while his two-seamer has more horizontal movement than most two-seamers do in this game.
Then, of course, you got that nasty curveball that can almost be used just as you would a slider because of Blue's funky release-point. Now, I will say that unless you can build up his confidence in his change-up, it's so difficult to control that it just isn't worth throwing more often than not. Obviously, your mileage will vary but I've been pleasantly surprised by how much success I've had with him so far. He just feels good to use.

I have always been a fan of Vida Blue in these games. Last year him and Greinke had by far the best(and only usable) 2 seamers in the game. since people weren't expecting you to throw the unanimous worst pitch in the game(for about the 4th year straight), it is very effective

Yes. Greinke is great. Pitched a lot with him last year.
But nobody better than what a high end Hershiser would be. He's so "pitchable"
