What are the reviews on him? Thinking of spending the final money to pick him up. Dont have 10 prospect cards

I'm not a fan, he's kind of a vanilla pitcher. No sinker, no cutter, only 4 pitches. Meh.

How many more prospects do you need? I wouldn’t pay more than 15-20k for him.
