This would help pitching. If a guy is getting fooled that much during an at bat it should decrease his chances of the next check swing attempt. Right now i cant pitch. Between foul balls, check swings and barely getting calls Im giving up runs and hits at an alarming rate. Im not the best pitcher but I'm not as bad as my last few games. And a lot guys im facing its just check swing, foul ball until i finally lay one in thats crushed. If a guy has already check swung 4 times in an at bat his next way should have way less of a chance at being successful. Just an idea
