Trouble selling card

Quick question- we pulled Ketel Marte from a show pack and want to sell the card but the system says he's in a squad (he's not) or equipped, and we can't sell it. Anyone come up against this before? Any ideas?

Make sure he isn’t in any RS or Events squad
