Why is this game so random?

I’ve beat a lot of good players who have solid teams. Then the next game I’ll play a guy who has all silver and bronze guys, his record was 100 games under .500 and he scored 4 runs in two innings. This is the second time someone who has a terrible record and bad team has beat me like this. No matter what pitch I throw they don’t swing. Why would anyone upgrade their team if you can win with junk cards l?

I understand and agree with what you’re saying, but when I read this thread title it sounded like something a 12-year-old girl would say.

“My friends and I are like always so random.”

I’m guessing your talking about events! On all star, which had even more random outcomes.
