I tell you what, I’ve never seen a circus quite like these games. My guess is that hitting was made extra easy to “make it more fun” but it’s literally impossible to pitch. Anything I throw remotely within the strike zone I have to hold my breath and just hope it doesn’t turn into a 468 ft dinger.
Timing always feels vastly different from one mode or day to the next.
I’ve had fun playing this game before, but when it’s constantly different like this it makes it hard to keep enjoying it. With that being said I’m sure I’ll keep playing for awhile but tbh I feel like I had more fun playing online when David Wright was on the cover...

No, it's more like there just aren't good pitchers eligible for the event. Gagne is really the only decent one. Maybe Vida Blue and/or Percival to, but most people don't have Vida.
Not good pitchers + all-star = A lot of offense

I mentioned that earlier in the game cycle. They do so many updates they make it hard to enjoy and the people they see complain aren’t the ones enjoying. So they tweak here tweak there to were it’s unplayable

I watched a streamers game today for about 5 mins to just check it out. First two abs I see..two moon shots...one off the wall...one chopper and line out to end inning as there was already one out.
Opponent gets up..1st pitch no doubt homer...2nd p-rod in the gaps..I turned it off it was all I needed to see. It looked like MLB SLUGFEST
