Too early check swings

What's your pitching strategy to opposing players who successfully check on every chased swing with "too early" timing? They are next to impossible to strike out and consistently get bailed out with cheap walks. I am reluctant to throw offspeed pitches in the zone for swinging strikes and I'm definitely not handing them a fastball to pull into the stands, but often times those offspeed pitches end up being pulled as "very early" hits anyway
