Game changed lineup without me

Couldn’t play the game until late this afternoon because of work, and went straight into Conquest to finish up. Noticed that my lineup had changed without me doing it. 3 starters had been changed, most of bench, 1 reliever, and 2-3 starting pitchers. New players like Roberts, Howard, and Heyward has been completely removed from lineup. Anybody else have this happen today? I remember a couple years ago settings and sliders would randomly reset during the season but I’ve never had my lineup change like this.
