Are pitch speeds reduced in this event?

I feel like pitch speed are slower in this event from the previous AS events.

I get that not everyone is rocking a 102 FB pitcher in the event but I'm fielding a gold and a silver card lineup and doing pretty well recognizing pitches + PCI placement. Even against the good LS pitchers.

I haven't played a RS game in a few weeks since all I've really had time for were event games so I cant make a comparison there.

I'm sure it's just the fact people arent rolling with 102mph pitchers lol

Every pitcher in this event throws meat. No matter where you locate it. It’s crazy how many pitches I throw low LOW and somehow hitters take it deep.
