Question about "Players League"...Need help

Hey everyone, so far I've finished all moments in the Players League program and stand at 50. I am working on the offline missions, which would put me at 70.

Question: If I'm at 70, and I finish the collection for the 4o stars, will the game give me 30 stars to hit 100 or because the total would equal 110, it won't honor it or count??

Yes if you finish the collection it will put you at 100.
