1B and pitcher's throws

I have had my 1B and pitcher pull the fielder receiving a throw from them off of the bag in TEN STRAIGHT GAMES! What is going on??????!!!!!!!!!!

Since you're using directional hitting, I'm gonna assume you use button throwing and not button accuracy throwing (with the throw meter). If you use button accuracy and you hit the green in the middle, this will never happen. If you use just button throwing, you leave it up to the RNG gods.

11 games now. Cant turn a DP if the ball is hit to the pitcher or the 1B. What is the answer to the problem SDS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
